Platform24 is a digital healthcare company that provides a range of services to different healthcare stakeholders, including health systems, primary care, specialist care, hospitals, health insurance, and pharma & MedTech companies.

My role

In my role as a UI/UX Designer at Platform24, I collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to enhance our flagship product, Clinic. Our collective goal is to empower healthcare practitioners by streamlining their workflows and making their day-to-day tasks more efficient.

The project

Currently, I am spearheading a project to revamp the information architecture of the front page. This initiative is aimed at improving user experience by making information more accessible and intuitive to navigate.

By focusing on reducing time on task, we aim to increase productivity for healthcare practitioners. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing patient safety and ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users. This project is a testament to our ongoing commitment to creating a seamless and user-friendly digital healthcare experience.
